Move movies from iTunes without deleting them

Hello. I have a few films in my itunes movies folder. A few are adult and I would like to store them elsewhere without deleting them from my system. Is that possible? If so, after I move them and they no longer appear in itunes is it possible to watch them without moving them back into itunes?

Assuming this is the mac version, If you control-click on them you can chose "reveal in finder", and then copy or move

them wherever you like.

 

If you delete them from you itunes library, it will tell you that it's going to also delete them from any device that you

synchronize with it, and I'm not sure how the digital rights management works.

 

You can try copying it and playing the copy with Quicktime Player or VLC.app (which you can download for free from

the net).
