I think it may be a fictionalized autobiography - probably really heavy on the fiction. In either case real or fictionalized, I'm upset because it's the life I would have wanted.

I am not sure anyone knows what BLUEBALLS really means. I know that expression is used a lot in fictional stories, and have had some buddies talk about it, but mostly what they have referred to is the lack of sex or even masturbation for several days, primarily when they were under 30, so their complaint was that they were very horny and just had to cum!
