Does anyone offer seperate rates for social encounters?

There's a reason I'm asking. I move a lot with work. In 2010, I moved to New Orleans for 7 months. I contacted an escort who caught my eye.He was young and muscular, kind of a frat boy look. I asked for his overnight rates. He asked my intentions, if I planned on spending the whole night in the sack. I told him no, I would like to get dinner, and have him act as a tour guide for the evening, and if things worked out, head back to the hotel room. He informed me he had a special tour guide rate, and that for 300 plus expenses, I could have him from 8pm on, as long as it was kept friendly, that if we decided to go back to the hotel room, it then jumped up to his 250/hr rate. He picked me up at 8pm, we went to a nice place for dinner, and then he started showing me the sites and all his favorite establishments. At one point we met a few of his friends, who we hung with for a couple hours. We hit the bars, played pool, danced, he introduced me to people, and even acted as my wingman trying to help me meet as many new people as possible to welcome me to the city. He even kissed me a couple of times. By 4am we were both drunk, he took me back to the hotel room like a gentleman, and we decided to meet the next evening for the 250/hr business. I still have friends back in New Orleans, that I made that night thanks to Joe, and one of the groups he acted as wingman with, lead to a relationship for a little while.

 

Now I just moved to Manhattan for work, I'm wanting to meet people and find the good places to go, and I'm wishing I had a joe here to show me around. That was definitely a unique experience, but I'm wondering if anyone else does anything like that?

That sounds like a really great experience! I had a similar evening with a dancer in Montreal who I met on his afternoon shift and then when he was off duty proceeded to hang out with me for the rest of the evening, as we proceed to more of Montreal's nightlife.

 

I wish this kind of experience was easy to find, but I think it is probably something that occasionally "just happens" when the client and escort have the right chemistry and common interests.
