This is hard to arrange anywhere. Where I've been most successful is simply asking the guy (or girl) I'm interested in hiring if they have a partner of the opposite sex they can arrange something with. Some do/can. In Prague it seems that many of the guys can set something up, especially the guys at Escape (the bartender always seems to have a friend) or Montys. (I found that largely the same boys frequent both and prefer to cut a deal at Montys since they don't have to share it with the owner at Escape). Escape seemed to be closed last time I was there, with a plan to reopen, but there is always a boys bar in Prague even if unofficially. You just have to ask one of the boys.
