9th Annual Palm Springs Weekend, 2013 - Scene II

We have come to that time when it’s necessary to make more definite plans for the festivities. Specifics will not be posted here, in order to preserve confidentiality. Therefore, if you are serious about attending this year’s events, please send me an e-mail (not a private message) with your return e-mail address so that I may send you the pertinent information as it unfolds. Your confidential information will be respected, as I expect mine to be.

 

Tickets to the theatrical performance (Sunset Boulevard at the Palm Canyon Theatre - http://www.palmcanyontheatre.org/2012_2013.html) will be the first order of business, followed later by dinner reservations, and, finally, RSVP’s for the pool event at my condo. Sunset Boulevard will be at 8:00 pm on Saturday, March 23, following dinner.

If you will be bringing a “guest”, please tell me who. That information will also be kept confidential. Attendance by escorts (by themselves or as someone's "guest") is greatly encouraged.

 

If you will be coming from out-of-town and need accommodations, you should arrange for those ASAP, if you have not already. There have been several suggestions put forth in the previous thread concerning possible accommodations.

 

Again, the dinner and performance will be Saturday, March 23, and the pool event will be in the afternoon of Sunday, March 24.

I have decided to eliminate the theatrical performance of Sunset Boulevard as one of the sponsored events as the response has been decidedly underwhelming. However, if you wish to attend, you may look into reserving tickets on your own at http://www.palmcanyontheatre.org/2012_2013.html. The performance begins at 8 pm.
