Happy Chinese New Year of the Snake to all! :cool:

 

Today, on my way to do laundry in Seattle's International district, I saw the remains of fireworks all over the street.

I decided to stop in at the vegan deli for some egg rolls. I got my snack, paid and tipped and before I left was handed an envelope with what they called "lucky money". There was straight up cash in the envelope. Its not the first time I was handed lucky money in an envelope. But, it was the first time I received it for buying egg rolls ;)
