What I noticed with water based lube is that I had to add, and add, and add, and add. So I wondered if my body was absorbing the water. I'm not sure if that's the case, but I stick to lubricants that can't do any harm if absorbed. In my case that's Crisco. You need to remind that Crisco affects rubber.

I don't know what's considered "best" lube for FF. Some fisters swear by Crisco, others by J-lube or its new improved version X lube http://http://xlube.com/ (advantage: a small bottle of 90g makes 18 litres of lube and it doesn't get "messy").

The best lube in my opinion is Slam Dunk. I add a little bit of Jlube or fist powder once the rectum and first sphincter have been coated with Slam Dunk.

 

As for cleaning out make sure you use a shower head attachment and you get water past your 3rd sphincter which should clear you out completely for 6-12 hours depending on how fast you digest.

The third sphincter is what separates the large bowel from the rectum.

Anywhere between 12 and 20 inches. But you don't have to force it; if it hurts you're probably doing something wrong.

This is mainly for experienced people, definitely not for beginners.

No. If the guy topping you has a 12 inch cock, you might make a bit of a mess if you aren't "fully" cleaned out, but he's probably used to it since he probes so deep. Most guys won't be stretching out the exit from your large intestine, so it shouldn't be an issue.

The only advice that I think is always missing when it comes to fisting is this: The Fistee to be (The man who wants to be fisted) has to take it on his own hands. My personal opinion is that you do need to douche before anal activity. You do not need to use a long douche nuzzle to clean your intestine but a making sure you are perfectly clean at least in your colon, warmed up and lubed before getting fucked not only will make the whole experience more pleasurable for you and your partner (feces actually hurt when rubbed against the tender skin of your rectum or penis), it will make sex much safer. Sometimes feces are hard and have small harder particles in them, and when rubbed repeatedly they can create abrasions and tears in your rectum, condom or penis opening up opportunities for infection.

Thanks for the responses. I agree that the need to douche before is very important. For me, finding a good experienced top is what I would like to find, though it seems in Palm Springs they are a bit difficult to find.
