It has many of the hallmarks of a less than honest ad. He calls himself athletic/toned when he is obviously muscular, no face picture, no listing of what he likes, and "ask me" for his rates.

Not sure if you misread, misspoke, or he has changed in ad within 45 minutes of your post, but his ad now says "muscular/athletic build, toned/defined body" in the text and under Build he has chosen "Muscular/Buff".
