Be patient, it isn't over yet. However, the lunch today was great, with a large number of escorts attending, and Dave's tour far exceeded even our wildest imagination. Dave provided us with quite the education and his generous and well thought-out approach to what he does is exceptional. Daddy's site work is going well; it was fascinating to discover the amazing amount of intelligence and thought that goes in to what he does. Karaoke coming up tonight! I'm sure a more competent writer will provide a better blow by blow after we have all recovered. Those who missed this gathering should be totally jealous of those of us who are privileged to be here. A million kudos to leigh.bess.toad for organizing all of this.

I had a great time at Secrets with all the nekkid men and enjoyed the luncheon with all the guys. It was a great event. Definitely a different way of interacting with clients and other escorts that you don't get the opportunity to do often.

 

I'm sorry I couldn't make the fuck house tour. I listened to reason and decided to be on time for my bus. :/ next time though!

Had a great time at the brunch! It was nice to see some of the DC regulars and meet some some new folks. And after 16 years on this board, I finally met Daddy.

 

As luck would have it, I found a table pretty much surrounded by Escorts Hi Beau, Danny, Dave, Mike, Steve, and Zach.

Well we just made it home. What an amazing weekend it has been. So many people to thank. First my amazing partner who puts up with a world that is foreign to him. Next to Daddy. You made it all possible. I can't thank you enough for being there, and helping me and so many of the guys there. My two best friends here, countryboywny and nytomcat. Countryboy -- you are the kindest, most generous and caring man I have ever met and it is such a great joy to have you in my life. And TC -- you and your partner will be traveling a long rode together with us. We both are the luckiest guys around.

 

Saturday night at Secrets/Ziegfelds was a blast. Some of the gogo boys were so hot, especially Mr. Flexible. A lot of fun and great camaraderie.

 

Sunday Brunch at Annie's is beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of. 30 guys. Half escorts, half clients. So many new guys I had never met that just made me go WOW!!!. Chris Eisenhower -- boys get to know this guy. He has the potential to be a star in the industry. Tall, dark, sexy as hell, and a really great guy. To make it worse, the boy can sing too. All in one package. Where have you been hiding. Get out, cause everyone will love you. Xander -- WOOF!!! That red hair and one of the most handsome young men you will ever meet. I am so glad you made it. You can be a star too. Mike Cruise -- your face at the demo said it all. Another undiscovered gem. It was great to see Beau Chambliss, Tony Bishop (who is so damned hot), Danny Cruz, and Zach Wilson.

 

And to my guys. Nate Bruno -- you know how I feel about you. We have already traveled far. And I look forward to you being in my life for a long time. And Dave. Your help with the luncheon and the demo you put together was incredible. From sling play, to a 5 way with one client tied up, to the rimming demo you arranged and seeing Submissive Man mummified. It was all great fun and sexy as hell. And Ace. Truly a great representative with all that is good about the industry. Sexy and fun, and a great friend as well.

 

To all the attendees who I haven't mentioned, I am so glad you were there. It was the best one yet. It'll be hard to top, but next year will be here soon enough. January 18-19, 2014. Plan on it.

One other name that I forgot to mention that deserves a special thanks for being at the events. Michael from Rentmen (trevordog here on the forum). We had a lot of interesting discussions, Daddy, Michael and I about the industry. He has very good ideas about the industry and the guys in it. I certainly hope that he will become a more frequent commenter here in the forum because it is a voice that adds a lot to be considered.

the weekend was indeed a great deal of fun. thank you to LBT and Dave for their reaching out and organizing the events! it was a pleasure meeting posters from the board and to now have real faces to attach to the online personas.

 

one of the first pleasures was spotting ace's hair opposite/across the atrium and up two floors—first set of windows on the far left. the room glowed radiant with bouncing blond highlights. thank you, ace for closing the curtain at just the right time. i thought i was going to get a crooked neck watching the irrational exuberance in that open-doored room. it was a smart decision of hyatt management to move you closer to the fire department!

 

daddy has been so good to me over the years that it was a special pleasure being able to stick my ass in his face. of course, he asked for it. i regretted not being able to do the fuckhouse tour or meet with daddy at his open time, but duty called! someone had to keep the bottoms happy—and i had two of them that afternoon—for six hours! i call that double duty.

 

daddy told me that i have to rethink my marketing strategy, and this weekend, i learned just how true that is. there i was taking care of two bottoms—they each had their respective bed and i was expected to bounce back and forth keeping them both entertained at the same time for six long hours. it was exhausting! and then i look out the window and see ace, sitting by the pool, legs propped up, sucking down whatever exotic parasol-laden pink drink he was sporting at the moment, while dropping ruffies in his poor client’s light beer. believe me, i was taking notes!

Rex -- The Fuck House tour was an event put on by the Legendary Dave. Dave is the only escort I'm aware of who has a separate work space in a different location than his home. It is set up for all sorts of play, with his toys, his sling, and many other fun things. I can't thank Dave enough for all that he put into organizing the event. He put an enormous amount of thought and coordination with the other escorts into planning something we all could enjoy. He had arranged for different "scenes" to be demonstrated -- someone tied to a bed and worked on by 5 guys, a rimming demonstration, a mummification, etc. Thanks also needs to go out to the five escorts who participated: Dave, Chris Eisenhower, Mike Cruise, and two of Dave's friends, Submissive Man, and Jason. They really put on a show. And an extra special thanks has to go out to Dave's client who was the willing victim in the first scene and for his graciousness in allowing the event to take place. It was during the time he had hired Dave and I think an extra special thank you from all of us is deserved. I know I appreciated it. 2. There were escorts who had clients during that time and there were escorts who came on their own (due both in part to the luncheon and MAL). Obviously the meals for escorts on a hire are covered by the client. But it has become standard that during group events, clients will step up and pitch in to cover all the food and drink for any escorts who are not with a client. This went for all the meals. I'm sure an occasional escort may have bought himself a drink at the bar, but not when in my sight they didn't. I view all these men as our guests and in my view, guests don't pay. Thanks to everyone who pitched in. It has been a tradition since we first started these events 2 years ago we have one problem with paying for things: people try to pay too much. It seems like we have to always re-distribute some of the money in the pot once the bill arrives because it would cause a ridiculous tip. As it was this year, the wait staff at the luncheon probably got about 40%. For the escorts who come on their own, they will pay for their own travel and lodging but frequently pick up hires while they are in town. It is such a good time that the attendees are more than happy to cover other expenses.
