Really, now. How much animal testing gets done on cats, koalas, and otters?

Keep in mind while you’re scarfing down turkey tomorrow, someone had to chop that critter’s head off.

And not to mention they lived in conditions so crowded and deplorable that they were almost unable exist, and force fed 'growth hormones' with tubes shoved down their throat for most of their lives. Even the so called "free range" which is a nice marketing tool, but a myth. Many get diseases and cancers but are killed and sent to market anyway...yum. That Chicken fried koala is not sounding so bad after all.

I remember growing up my father would never eat chicken. not once did I ever see him eat turkey or chicken. He was a licensed electrician. sometimes he had to go to chicken processing plants. He told us seeing that and also feeling that a chicken was one of the nastiest animals around he refused to ever eat it

I'm with your dad on this one Joseph. My dad grew up on a ranch. They raised much of their own food. You can imagine the stories I heard as a young boy about how they killed the chickens and hogs....DISGUSTING, now while I still to this day have a hard time with chicken, you ain't takin away my bacon or ham...no matter how disgusting the stories were.

My father grew up on a ranch too I lived on a ranch until I was around 10. My father grew up only eating what you produced in a garden or by slaughtering a hog or a cow..

He never ate any processed foods. He lived his whole life never trying pasta, Mexican Chinese or even pizza. a meal to him was a meat and two vegetables. my mothers mom raised chickens I saw her chop ones head off once with a ax that poor animal slung blood everywhere I was like damn granny you are cold blooded lol
