It WAS a delightful film. BEGINNERS. It came out more than 18 months ago. Christopher Plummer won the 2011 Best Supporting Actor Oscar for it and just about every other prize.

It was a very nice film. The Gay theme was an undercurrent factor; not a "In your face" part of the film.

Definitely. It was not a GAY movie. It was a part of the film but it's not a gay film if that is what one is looking for. But it was great to see a coming out aspect of the story from someone in that age group. Terrific movie. Highly recommended.
