We have to remind ourselves from time to time, or at least I do, that the message board is not the real world. So, of course I would be open to becoming friends with SteveEscort. Well I disagree in part with the notion the message board is not the real world. It is as real as we choose to make it. despite our rather rough beginnings I believe that we did find common ground. Now whether or not we choose to call those that we interact with on the message forum friends, would be a personal choice I would think. I communicate with many here that I have never met, but I would still comfortably and without reservation call friends. I don't think that the definition has to be stretched very far to accomplish that.

 

That being said, I hope you do realize that my comment was more 'tongue and cheek' and that would be butt cheek, when I was referring to the fact that we have put our initial differences aside and perhaps you and Steve could as well....I do get much enjoyment out of you posting here, so yes I saw the possibility of you finding common ground with SE....Stranger things have happened.
