In my opinion (based on experiece and previous discussions), there are no reliable, 'standard' definitions for 'top/versatile', etc. - you should always ASK the escort what HE means by it.

 

I have met 'top/versatile' guys who were willing to bottom (with varying degrees of enthusiasm), and others who would give head but not bottom.
