Does any guys know where the best places for STREET are in London?

I've spent many an evening around Earls Court but not really seen much going on.

 

Does it exist i London still and if so where?

Do street hustlers still existing in America??? If so what cities!

Until a couple years ago my work took me to San Antonio regularly. The street scene was so active in an area on Main near gay bars, that guys nearly waved you down. The guys were mostly Mexican, very nice and often very cute. Unfortunately my work does not take me there any more and I do not know if it is an active scene. I loved it. Street scenes can be risky and I was probably lucky I came out of that scene without issues.
