I had the same thought - it seems like something intended for the site owners or administrators, but I don't see anything there that's not on the rentboy ads themselves.

My immediate impression is that it's something the developers use to test the database connection. <shrug>

This page is used for search engine optimization. It isn't particularly meant for humans to read, but it is designed for search engines' web crawlers to see and therefore to improve Rentboy's ranking in search results.
