Another meetlocalmen.com question

Hello Gentleman! I was reading my newly posted reviews and noticed a graphic on the page that caught my eye. It says, "To see several pics of this escort for FREE and get his contact info, click on the MeetLocalMen.com Banner below." What I don't understand is that I when I click on this banner, my pictures and contact info are not in the Dallas listings. Since I do not advertise on the site, it's good that my pictures are not on there w/out my consent. But, what I don't get is why links on my reviews advise potential clients to get more info about me on a site I am not on. Any thoughts?

Jason, HooBoy & Matt have a working relationship. You will notice the HooBoy banners on MLM that advise you can check an escorts review. Also, Matt handles some of the adverts for this site as well as his own.

it gets you to the other site whether a default page or a specific page. the idea is to get traffic, it has little to do with you or an escort needs.

 

it is an agreement between this site and the other site and as the other guy mentioned it is on every page. not sure what part you don't understand or why it is a big mystrey to you.

 

if you wonder about the benefit, it is a subtle way to show you the power of advertising on these sites, get traffic and maybe make some money. and there is nothing wrong with that.

I have to admit that I agree with the poster on this one. Yes we all know that there is an agreement between Hooboy and Matt and that is all well and good. Yes, we all know that advertisements don't always tell the whole truth. But to say "click here to learn more about THIS ESCORT" and then you are taken to a site where there is NO INFORMATION about that escort ... well, that's just a lie.

 

Probably not a popular opinion, I just think a better arrangement could have been made. Plus, I don't like that other site much at all. Love THIS one (Hooboy's) though ... especially after the re-design - congrats all!
