I've lost count in this forum on how many times I've read the phrase "communication is key (or "the key")." Gentlemen, which is it?? Do you want communication or don't you? Or is the client/escort just supposed to "know" when it's enough but not too much or too little?

Maybe you need to communicate more. I think the phrase should be: "coming is key."

I cannot recall an instance where I ever had too much information when making a hiring decision. I have become a bit more adventurous in recent years and accepted some appointments that were scant on details, but more data is always preferable, from my point-of-view.

I think an abundance of information is a great thing to have when hiring. It's the overplanning or overthinking that becomes a problem—when a client wants to micromanage an encounter (which loses all spontaneity) or an involved party who misleads the other about services or intentions.

This is interesting.. My personal preference is to go with the flow. I like to let my escort do what he does best. To have a pre-set agenda of activities kind of ruins it for me. If my partner does something that I really enjoy without having been told to do it, all the better for me.
