I wish I could be there; a young man that I have known since he was a young boy will be the lead actor! Kyle Dean Massey is very talented and a nice guy. He comes from a wonderful family! Please let me know how he does.

Broadway Bares was an incredible event ! The choreography, costumes (or lack there-of), creativity and sheer spectacle were amazing - not to mention the dozens of nearly naked beautiful dancers on stage !!!! If there were strip clubs in heaven, they would be like Broadway Bares - It's unfortunate that performance is one night only --- even with a pair of eagle eyes, it's impossible to absorb everything in one viewing ...and all to easy to get transfixed on a single performers ASS-ets in any given scene. I think it could easily run for a week and be sold-out every night. The theme of last night's production was fairy tales - , i.e. Happy Endings...which made for some pretty humorous double entendre. Everyone connected with the production deserves their own happy ending and a thunderous round of applause !

Went to both shows of Broadway Bares last night. Great show - it seems to get more professional every year. Unfortunately that also means there are far fewer wardrobe "accidents" that used to occur in the earlier years of this event. All the boys (except the unicorns in the midnight show) wore cock socks so they were always concealed in front; their behinds, however were spectacular. Miriam Shor, from the late GCB was great, Kyle Dean was great, and one of the aerial performers was truly one of the most beautiful men I have every laid my eyes on. The people flocked to this guy to tip him during the rotations and his thong was full of money within a matter of minutes.

hey leeper,

I agree the show was fantastic - I was blown away at the amount of creativity and energy that went into producing a one night event - wow ! Everything was spot on / and yes a few wardrobe malfunctions might have been nice. I'm curious which aerial performer you were referring to...there was a guy in the Sleeping Beauty piece who I thought was an amazing hunk / he was paired with a petite blonde female and they were on the left side of the stage - but several of the perfromers were knock-outs.

The one I was taken with was a blond boy with short blond curly hair and adorned with rose petals on his chest. He performed with a bearded fellow (also hot, but totally different) that had bright red hair on the top of his head. The did their aerial routine at the end of the center stage with the bearded fellow at one point twirling while suspended by a strap from the blond hunk. The young blond looked like a Greek statue.

I've been going to the 9:30 show the last few years. The Aladdin number was by far my favorite of the evening. First and foremost I loved the choreography as executed by the ensemble and lead dancer, Reed Kelly. The aerialists just added to the excitement. I felt the number just built up throughout and by the end the audience was in a frenzy. Loved it!

Leeper,

When I saw this post, I suddenly regained memory ... Forgive me my bluntness. {ashamed}
