What happen to the new guy Xander from Atlanta? Did he think we were too bitchy? I just made a couple of comments to him how some of his comments might be perceived.

his last post was like 15 hrs ago so he is still around (but the one before that was a week ago). Maybe he has a life or was on a vacation with a client? Only he can answer if he chooses. I wouldn't rule out that he felt too many are bitchy too. :-)

He re-appeared yesterday with at least one comment. I think he understands the value of this learning and marketing tool. He'll be back.

Hopefully he will be back. I think he spoke his mind. I liked some of the comments he made. It had a little edge to it, kind of like Max...I wouldn't be so quick to write him off, but we shall see.

The number of members who post even daily is a minority. Not everyone has the same level of need or desire to engage on every topic.

Hi. I was performing at an arts festival for the weekend -- I was busy packing Tuesday/Wednesday, driving Thurday, and doing my thing Friday-Sunday. Unpacking/clients/shopping/housekeeping Monday, and I've been packing up again for another arts festival to go to this weekend [i won't be officially performing at this one ... but there will be a bit of fire performing, of course!].

 

I've also been busy running numbers, booking hotels, and contacting/making plans with friends in Florida for when I leave to go on tour next Tuesday.

 

I stay pretty busy ... hope you gents are doing well

 

I'm pretty stoked for this weekend ... I'll be jamming out and dancin' to BoomBox --- both of Zion's parents performed with the Grateful Dead for about 9 years.

Wow Xander, very talented indeed. You are a very busy young man. I like that! I loved the music, and congrats and best of luck on your projects. When you say performing, what is it that you do exactly. It is really none of my business and I don't want to seem like I am prying into your life, so you can tell me to "F" off if you like..or pm me, whichever...LOL At any rate, I couldn't find BoomBox on Itunes. Any idea where I could download more of this?

Surprised they aren't on iTunes -- I know you can find them on Spotify (kind of like iTunes, and similar to pandora -- you can stream any song from almost any artist for free). Bunches and bunches on youtube.

 

Aerial silks, fire hoop, hoop dance, fire eating, fire breathing. I also do lots of costuming and have been known to outfit other performers. I've acted as a handler for a few stilt walkers in my life ... can't say I can go around on stilts just yet (working on it)

Many thanks, I will try and search again. The shows that you are involved in must be really something indeed. Someday perhaps I will get a chance to see one of these fascinating performances, until then I wish you the best in your endeavors.
