However, there is an alternate that is more commercially available. The Jockey "pouch" brief and "pouch" boxer brief. It was originally made by Munsingwear, but then Jockey bought out Munsingwear and made it the Jockey "Pouch" brief and boxer short. I have been wearing them for years, and that is the only underwear that I own. It has both enough room and provides gentle support for the family jewels and is not constricting or tight like most jockey and other briefs.
