I have not been with Randy but I have read his reviews and they very good. Also, the fight from Philly to Florida isn't too expensive so I would go for it. I think the contacts at Premier are very straight forward about their guys so you can get a a pretty good idea from them if Randy is the right guy for you. Randy has been on the site for quite awhile (maybe a year), and the pics for him are recently updated. I have used Premier on 3 occasions, and all have been good, but not GREAT. Campus was ALWAYS great. The prices for Premier are certainly more approachable, compared to the now defunct Campus.
