411 on PNP and 420

Help a novice out, please. My ususal source of such info (traveller) has been MIA though I understand he is out and about, if keeping a low profile.

 

WTF does 'PNP' and '420' designate?? I have seen these allover AOL chat rooms. Thanks.

Hey Tampa,

 

PNP = Pary and Play or Play and Party. Basically sex and drugs (usually X or Tina).

 

420 is the universal code for "smokes pot". Some say it was based on April 20th..national smoke day. There are also other origins floating around including smoking on one's 4:20 break, after school lets out at 4:20, etc. You may here someone say "is it 4:20 yet?" You get the picture.

Agreed. I remember hearing that 420 is the antinarcotics section of some (Fed?) criminal code.
