joesphga, Atlanta really issues a "permit to escort"? I take it they define "escorting" in a very restrictive way, completely nonsexual. That still amazes me.

 

yes Atlanta issues a permit for escorting/dating its 300.00 a year. alcohol servers/bartenders $ 200.00 that work in adult entertainment clubs.

. they also req a permit here for stripping as well, 350.00 a year. few years ago there was a big write up about it in creative loafing. from what i understand anyone that gets the permit they pretty much leave alone. I'm sure they must know sex is involved and they figure they too might as well make some money too. you cant get a permit if You have more than 2 misdemeanors within 5 years
