So, the drawings depict: 1) her addressing the 2 male hustlers; 2) the 2 hustlers (Phoenix & Voight); 3) the 2 pimps/friends (Hoffman & Reeves); 4) imagery & thematic symbols in the movies.

I'm more curious to know why you assume someone named "Louisa" is male. As for the illustrations, she explains it all in the paragraph at the top of the page.
