A couple of weeks ago I've got a voice mail from a Jerry Springer's scout saying that they're still looking for male escorts for one of their shows. Airfare, hotel, meals and drinks(!) are included.

You should give up any notion of privacy, expose your illegal activity in America, put yourself on who-knows-whose watch list, participate in the lowest form of entertainment, all for the price of a travel trinket and the lure of flash-in-the-pan fame, a temptation that could take a serious bite out of your ass down the road.

 

I could see the possible business advantages of a weekly reality show or the possibility of appearing in a Vodka commercial after you land a spot on RuPaul's Drag Race (I'd still want a good lawyer's opinion). But a one-time appearance on a tacky TV show that is covered in mold, long past its expiration date, would not entice me.

 

If you want to achieve fame on film, shoot an interesting video and post it on YouTube. Young folks aren't watching the ancient Springer guy. I didn't even realize his show was still on the air.

The mind boggles on what "spin" Jerry S's show would have on the life of an international (or national) male escort, except to pull out on to the stage some trailer trash that claims she is the working guy's baby momma. Yuck.

Totally Agree with RH! Sounds like after Year's the Springer Producer's are running out of Tired Scenario's! I also thought the "Cousin Screws Cousin" Show was long gone...
