Back to the main topic.....how much cash does everyone carry???

And who wants to meet me on the back alley tonight, at 11pm, on the corner of 69th street and Washington???? Make sure you are carrying only 100's and LOTS of them!!!! :cool:

Thanks for the reply. Good thing the "larger" stores had generators because I have found through personal experience that clerks cannot make change without an electronic cash register. Therefore, "everyone" without electricity was in "deep trouble", would you not agree?

I'm not sure what you're getting at but obviously it's better to have cash in your pocket than to have nothing when calamity strikes. Some small mom & pop stores will open even without electricity but require cash payment.

So from what I read, this thread went from "carrying large amounts of cash to pay escorts", TO carrying around lots of money for natural disasters. Interesting transition.

 

I guess hiring an escort could be an "unnatural disaster" ???

Two questions: 1. Where is 69th and Washington? Remember I am a SoCal boy. And 2. How much cash exactly would you require? Assume for a moment that I would be interested in an overnighter! Don't forget to include your tip in there. ;);)
