To www. or not

Since the new format/server/software came online, I've only been able to reach the site by typing

'www.companyofmen.org'

 

if I type, as is my habit, 'm4m-forum.org'

 

I get the image you used to when the site was down -> laperm.winkwinknodnod.net

 

Is this a switch that didn't get thrown correctly, or will the site permanently require the "www."
