Hey this is a variation on my earlier post about the figleaf "Fee is for time only." I recently discovered two 20 y/o twink partners who have just hung out their shingle ;-) . I'm thinking of hiring them mostly to watch them have sex with each other :p . Can the legal eagles here opine on the possible prostitution violations in that scene? x( I'm really just curious about the law...I hardly expect to get caught! :o

;-) I thought two 20yr twinkes is the same as two adults:D What it really sounds like to me is THREE CONSENTING ADULTS:P. Guess I'll have to look that word up in the dictionary "twinkes":* Just Kidding with you:+

The problem is that there isn't just *one* "law" to worry about - there could be literally hundreds of them - and, of course, exactly *what* those laws are depends on what jurisdiction you happen to be in ...

OK - suppose that, in the scenario you describe, you are *not* guilty of soliciting an act of prostitution (assuming that is even illegal wherever you are) you *could* potentially still be charged with lots of other things ...

- is gay sex legal in your jurisdiction?

(OK *you* aren't doing it, but you *are* paying them)

- are the specific sex acts legal?

- are there "bawdy house" laws on the books under which you might be prosecuted?

- should the guys have some kind of license as "entertainers" to do what they are doing, and do they have it?

- are the cops just going to care about these subtleties anyway or will they just say you were having an orgy?

See - there is no definitive answer to your question.

Michael,

Do you know anything about the laws on the books for Florida and Orlando in particular? I asked a similar question elsewhere without much of a response. I'll be in Orlando in a month, and I could use any information you and others might have.

If the filming of porn movies -- which is basically paying two or more people perform for an audience -- is legal, why shouldn't hiring two boys to perform for you live be legal? Of course, filmiing porn is not legal in all places.

It depends on the language of the statute of the state in which you are located. In Florida, for example, the statute on prostitution would definitely cover the kind of activity you are describing.

I'm a little curious about why you are asking these questions. If the answer is that what you want to do is illegal, does that mean you won't do it? If it doesn't mean that, then what's the point of asking?

I have no reason for asking the question, other than pure curiosity :). Certainly nothing sinister, I assure you :o . I'm a little rusty on my sex laws, and just got curious.
