He seems to get both positive and negative reviews.

Full disclosure: I had two massage sessions with him 2-3 years ago. One time he was Guccissiom and the other time he was Matteo ( I contacted "Matteo", but "Guccissimo" showed up). The massage portion was good. However, I had the same problem as today's reviewer - he's running late, and you wind up not getting the full hour.

While I have been tempted in the past with the photos, I too have thought that they are all one and the same guy running various ads to try to attract more clients. While body looks great, all 3 refrain from facial photos and all 3 have almost identical dicks and torsos. So ... I passed on calling any (all) of them.

Well he seems to have only one negative review and a string of positives, so I wouldn't put too much store by the bad one, could have been bad chemistry?

I hired him before with another escort and he uses fake pictures. His eyebrows are overly done and his body doesnt match up. Nice guy but fake pics and fake ads. He uses more than one ad to create more traffic but he is not legit. And yes he is Guccissimo/CazzoMarco/Matteo...all three of them. I also had another escort tell me about how he creates numerous ads to pull in more clients. If you are an escort and the pictures are legit, then theres no reason why you should be creating more than one ad. There is a reason why he does this, and it is because he can't keep a client interested after one meeting. Take my word on this...he is that bad. And I review other guys and he is not the real deal.

Nice enough guy and we had a fun time. At that time he looked enough like his pics

that at first I thought it was him, just not in the killer shape he was in when he took

the pics. Which we all know is common enough. However, when you really scrutinize

the pics, it's obvious that it's not him. Clearly, he thinks they are close enough,

but I felt deceived and a bit cheated and thus never repeated. It's unfortunate,

because he was fun and I would have otherwise.

Guccissimo likes to Photoshop his stolen pics into a more compressed, leaner shape sometimes, to make them look more like his idea of himself.

 

Maybe Guccissimo isn't that different from the guys whose pics he steals, and he might be a nice guy with an okay body and be a good escort/masseur. But the idea of all these fake profiles and being fooled into hiring him by his deceptive marketing practices is galling.

It may not be the same person. However, do a google image search and you will see that the photos in the ad came from tumbler.com

I'd have to say that Igor Renzi looks nothing like the Guccisimo masseur, IMHO. Neither does the Francois person. I actually tried to hire Guccisimo a year ago, and he bailed when I was late upon missing my train into the city (I'd kept him abreast the whole time, but he didn't want to wait, even though it was the middle of the day on a weekday, and I arrived only 15 minutes late). So, I'm not exactly his biggest fan. But I looked at his pictures a lot (I'd thought about hiring him for quite some time before then), and it appears to me that there are certain telling differences between Guccisimo and Francois and/or Igor. I'm not 100% sure, of course, but that's just my take. Per the original comparisons in the thread, I did think the similarities between Guccisimo and Cazzo Marco were striking, though.

One escort who advertises on rentboy told me recently that the minimum monthly charge to advertise on rentboy is $60. each month. If you calculate all the fake ads, it is obvious that many unsuspecting clients fall prey to the scams and fake ads. Otherwise, fakes would not advertise so heavily and continue in such abundance.
