Now it is time for some of the better investigators here as I have seen his face before - but have never called him. The price - as said above - is way too high for what you see.

I remember seeing his ad in Boston when I was there last fall. I don't recall that his rate was that high. As far as I could tell at the time, there were no reviews of him. I took a pass then and at $400 now, I'll pass again. $400 is too much for me to risk on an unknown.. besides, he ain't that hot.
