...or something similar.

So for the New Year I have decided to add that I've refined myself and put so in my ad. It's just that I feel I've made some significant changes to myself this year in many aspects. Even friends are telling me that something about me, just seems so different.

But I'm wondering if saying new and improved (not verbatim, but in their own words that they have gotten better) sounds a bit like, "well what was wrong with it before?" However I remember someone on here, can't recall the name; had new and improved on their ad.

So wondering if it's a good idea to suggest it, or should a new set of photos do the talking?

Hi Joey,

We have never met, but apart with getting new and better photos and perhaps changing your description, I personally get suspicious when I see " new and improved" or anything similar in any advertising. On the other hand, realistic descriptions, new techniques, such as taking some massage classes, learning a new language, or things similar without putting them in all caps or bold will get your readers and viewers the attention you desire. In the long run, well written reviews from your clients will probably do more than anything else to further your career.

Good luck and thanks for asking.

I speculate that stating something as you suggest is more relevant to those that have met you but for whatever reason have not come back for a repeat visit. Is that the target audience you are going after with this change? If I see such a statement, it isn't as meaningful to me if I had not met the escort before and have nothing to compare the change to. If I have met the escort before but not repeated then depending on my general feelings about the initial encounter I may or may not be intrigued to see what things have changed. But in all honesty, I don't think it would make that much of a difference as the first encounter usually sets the viewpoint about an escort going forward and it is difficult for me to change my opinion. Just a statement about changing wouldn't make a big difference to me.

I personally would suggest letting your reputation and, possibly, some updated photos speak for you. "New and Improved" for me means there was something wrong before.

Good luck in 2012

I agree. Such a statement may be viewed negatively by more people than positively. Use your ad to SHOW the improvements you feel you have made.

Somewhat...but more of an incentive for those who have seen me maybe just once before and those who have seen me repeatedly but have been away for a bit.

But thanks for the replies, I have took into consideration. But I'm well aware that (although this isn't quite the case) the best way to become totally renewed is to move elsewhere. Return business is great, but there's nothing like the new guy rush in another town. It's like going to the gym...lots of gains when you first workout, but then those gains start slowing down as time goes by :p Unless you switch up your routine, or join a new gym for a change of scenary.

Joey,

I agree with others who say "New and Improved" is a trite, cliche' and over-used marketing slogan. Just show the improved you in your new photos, blog, etc.

Good luck to you.

Speaking of photos, I just got done with my new shoot tonight and wow I'm thinking it's the best yet. What a way to jump start the year.
