In a recent thread in the "Escort travels" Forum a poster was asking about mid-priced London hotels.

I'd like to suggest the Cumberland

Any other suggestions or recommendations? [/color]

I've stayed at the Cumberland many times and I second that recommendation by Steven. Reasonable price and pretty convenient to use as a base of operations while in London. I do prefer the rooms in the main hotel as opposed to the annex next door. I've hired a number of escorts while in London and no one every had a problem getting to the hotel or any issues with visiting a guest there.

I'd like to suggest the Cumberland hotel in Marble Arch.

I have stayed at the Caxton, about a block from Wesrminster Abbey Andclose to Victoria Station. Medium priced nice hotel. I will probably stay there next time.

The Cumberland is very central and a good base. It has the bonus of having a gay bar just outside the back door and across the street. Said to be one of the oldest gay bars in London, the City of Quebec is mostly a "wrinkle room". Unless mature guys are your thing, one probably won't want to stay too long.

On my last few visits to London, I stayed at the Sheraton Park Tower in Knightsbridge. Also very central albeit somewhat more expensive than the Cumberland.
