Fake caller in manhattan

Hi guys -.I just wanted to let everyone know I got a call from a guy this morning , making an appointment at his place @ 240 w 70th st- this address does not exist- or at least it's not residential)

 

After I arrived, I googled his number and several posts of guys saying the same thing showed up.

 

Just a heads up.
