If I had a full-time cook, I'd lose that twenty pounds my doc yells at me to do....as it is, I don't have patience for cooking and end up hitting Taco Bell too much....at least I order their low-cal/low-fat "fresco" tacos....man, they are good.....

that soup looks fantastic.....

Josephga, your beef stew looks amazing and has made me very hungry :) I've relatively recently gotten into cooking (I'm addicted to the cooking channel and subscribe to about half a dozen recipe sites). I find cooking and baking to be relaxing, creative and enjoyable (plus a great deal more economical and healthy than eating out all the time). And at the end, there is the extra benefit of some good eating (usually).

I hope Joes stew was over those wide egg noodles, or even spinach noodles..... YUMMY.....

I cook only when I have guests, friends or loved ones coming over to my place, the rest of the time I only prepare food.
