Well my Dear Ax, I can give you my first hand experience and opinion on it. My partner of 22 years was a water sports enthusiast. I don't know the answer to that or the timing issue since it is included with other "activities" I expererienced it the first time a couple of weeks ago (receiving, not in the mouth) and I found it hotter than I had imagined.
