While funding for Education, medical and senior programs have all also been cut, I would think AIDS funding has long been off the governments Radar. Sad, since somebody in govt is sitting on a shitload on Money they keep claiming NOT to have.

I don't see the connection between funding for AIDS research/treatment/prevention and the escort community.
