Hi all,

Saw a write-up about it in the NYT, am planning a trip up to NYC in 2 weekends, and am wondering if anyone has caught the show yet?

PS I just noticed the show doesn't open until 10/11, not sure if it's in previews yet?

Thanks!

I haven't caught Chinglish. I didn't even know it was contagious. :)

I checked the NY Times to find the article you saw, but didn't find it. I did see two, though:

CHINGLISH An American businessman finds many obstacles to drumming up business in China in this Broadway-bound comedy by David Henry Hwang that had a well-received premiere at the Goodman Theater in Chicago. Leigh Silverman (“Well”) is the director. Previews begin Oct. 11.. Longacre Theater, 220 West 48th Street, Manhattan. Telecharge; chinglishbroadway.com.

Another article on it ended like this:

It is scheduled to begin previews Oct. 11 and open Oct. 27.

So, it is not yet in previews, and opens on October 27th.
