You received a timely data point today to help make a decision. Obviously, the client (or client-pretender) is pissed with BM, but to have any credibility, he needed to include more facts in the review, considering this was an overnight transaction.

I'm thinking the old ....do 1 Hour before you commit to 8 or 12 on an Overniter might be a Good Thing

 

But then again IF it's "Importing" you have to do ..that has always had "chances" of drawbacks.

Actually what would tick me off is another situation of a gentleman missing a flight. A 25 minute wait in security line in Atlanta, isn't that about the norm, it's the busiest airport in the world. What did he do show up an hour ahead of time, makes no sense. I have gentleman miss flights 4 times in the past year. It is one of the main reasonss I have scaled back flying gentlemen in. The caviler approach to the notion that someone is waiting on the other end and has made arrangements.
