This is a very interesting topic being that my agency does most of it's business without showing our guys faces. In this day and age there are so many who do and that puts us at a disadvantage. Most of our guys have other careers, sometimes quite high profile in modeling or the arts, and that simply prohibits us displaying their faces for reasons of discretion. When a reputable client requests a face photo we will always send it to him (with the exception of a small number of our guys who opt out of that), but often when someone unknown to us makes a random request for one it is often followed by multiple requests for more and we view that as suspicious. There are a number of posters here who have used our agency many times and have asked for photos and we have always honored those requests when we can. Aside from the need to be discreet I always explain to people that Maximum couldn't have stayed in business for so many years if we didn't maintain a standard for the appearance of our guys. And in the few instances where someone showed up for an appointment and was not to the client's liking we never charge them and usually have been able to send someone else more suitable, and this usually has occurred when the client initially isn't able to articulate exactly what he wants. "You didn't like the lobster? Well try the Filet Mignon instead!"
