This reminds me of a situation during a session with two other guys. One of them was bound to a piece of furniture similar to that depicted in this photo. Meanwhile the third guy and I had quite a bit of fun while the poor victim was helplessly tied up and almost forgotten about... but then for some guys (and especially submissive types) that is quite the turn on!

 

Now we didn't use any hot wax on the guy... but I notice a couple of candles in the background of the photo at hand... and I would bet they were eventually put to good use!
