Man's BEST friend !!!

Being a major dog lover, I had to read this post. As soon as I saw the image, my heart sank as I looked down at my beloved Longfellow lying at my feet in much the same position. It has been said many times by many people, but here it goes again. If we only had the unconditional love and loyalty of our four-legged friends, the world would be a better place to live.

In the last 5 months, Longfellow almost lost me and I almost lost him, but our love and need for each other allowed us to spend more time together.

 

Thank you Joseph for graphically showing me and our fellow Forum guys the true meaning of loyalty

It is very touching, but I also resent the media, you tube, whatever mining this stuff for publicity / "journalistic" reasons. I feel that some things should be respected more than being the latest flash on the internet. The dog and his master are adorable...so sad

I saw this on my local news last night. This was the funeral of one of our Navy Seals killed in Afghanistan. All of us owe him our deepest gratitude for being a freedom fighter.
