I don't understand what you mean about 'appearing out of nowhere'. How do you usually become aware of escorts before they place an ad?

I am suspicious when an escort has incredible pictures and I can't find any reviews.

I think the "I just moved here" can be a way to deflect suspicion from the lack of reviews. And I could be wrong! I posted this because I wanted to see what others thought.
