Yes, Stevens is a cute one! Knock on wood, but now I'm pulling for VCU. Their play keeps me glued to the tube--scrappiness, heart, and an ability to run non-stop for 40 minutes puts on a great show.

Totally agree with you, Jack! I'm pulling for the Butler Bulldogs. After missing the title by 3 inches last year, this would be a sweet satisfying shocker to pull it off this year. And they can do it; I mean with all these high seeds falling by the wayside, all of the remaining teams have glaring weaknesses in their games and are beatable.

OMFG. THE RAMS ARE IN THE FINAL FOUR.

Never in my life did I think I would live to see the VCU Rams in the final four. I'm on my way home to Richmond now from a trip to Philly and just logged on to ESPN and saw the results. Richmond will be going crazy this week. Absolutely un-fucking believable. My hometown school is in the final four. Where I have taken a few classes. We were wondering who in the hell Shaka Smart was two years ago when Anthony Grant left for Alabama. The program was in great shape when he left. Shaka has taken it to a whole new level, obviously. Coach Smart -- way to go. The CAA has now had 2 final four teams. Anyone want to doubt the ability of the CAA now? This is so unbelievable. I can't want for the next week. The city will be on fire. AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GO RAMS!

VCU upset Kansas. What a game! Kansas always chokes, but the second half got me worried. VCU against Butler--I'm thinking/hoping for a great game. Will VCU's speed and coherence as a team be a match for Butler's size? I'll probably almost lose my voice, again.

So if your March Madness bracket didn't fare too well this year (full-disclosure: mine sucked big time!) you aren't alone. According to ESPN, only two out of 5.9 million people in ESPN’S NCAA men’s basketball pool correctly picked the Final Four: Connecticut, Kentucky, Butler and Virginia Commonwealth. Now, I don't feel quite so bad.

That is truly amazing

Congratulations to the 2011 NCAA Champions The University of Connecticut Huskies and the Runners-up Butler University Bulldogs.

This was one helluva nice run for UConn. Five straight to win the Big East. And instead of petering out like so many Big East champs before, they follow it up with the National Championship. They lost 9 times in the conference, and ZERO outside. Damn impressive.

I was really pulling for Butler to win it all, but they just didn't bring their A-game last night. In fact, both teams shot less than 30 percent in the first half. Butler was 6-of-27 (22.2 percent), Connecticut 9-of-31 (29 percent). The Bulldogs had one two-point field goal over the first 20 minutes. Good grief, it was the least exciting college basketball championship I can remember. Oh well, congrats to all Huskies fans on the Forum.

To be honest, I was pulling for VCU but at least night's game was totally for BUTLER and to be honest, thought this was one of the WORST games I have ever watched.

We all can understand and appreciate the nerves but the shooting (inside the paint, outside of it whatever ) was awful. That the half score was something like 23-20 said much. I sat enjoying the game with some great friends, but we all were disappointed in the dismal shooting. I felt sad for Butler's coach - but angry too that he kept his team always aiming for the 3-pointers (which they missed) instead of penetrating.

The 2011 championship game was a total snoozer. According to ESPN, this was the lowest number of points scored in the first half of a championship game since 1945. Yawn.
