Anyone catch the Today show interview between Meredith Viera and Actor in Leading Role nominees Colin Firth and James Franco this morning. Hilarious!

 

Meredith told Colin that she would "polish your statue (Oscar) if you win". James Franco, who was waiting to be interviewed, overheard the conversation in his "earwig" and commented on the offer. Meredith quickly responded, "Oh, James, I'll polish yours if you win. She quickly realized what she had said, blushed and moved on to the next subject.

 

Mr. Franco . . . I'd gladly polish yours win or loose. ;)
