I typically only hire tall, muscular guys who BOTTOM. But, I can confidently recommend Troy Webb who is a versatile guy. I've hired Troy as a Bottom, but I think he actually prefers to top--He's definitely a hairy, masculine man's man. Jason Carter advertises exclusively as a TOP, so I have no personal experience with him.
