Anybody remember this film?

I can recall reading about this scene in a film, but don't know what it is from. It might be the movie called "Metropolitans" (1990), but I don't know because I've never seen it.

 

The scene is at some disco or rave or something. One guy, having done whatever drugs were being done at this party, is licking a lollipop because of the craving the drug caused. His wife leaves him sitting on a couch or something, and as she goes away another man, watching him lick the lollipop, says "Feels good, doesn't it?"

 

When his wife comes back, her husband is making out with the second man, much to her annoyance.

 

Can anyone identify the film?

Sounds almost like a scene from "54" (either the movie or the actual club) although I don't remember it (from the movie, never went to the club).
