"Anyone else want to weigh in?"

Do they still sell those funny looking little scales in NYC? ;-)

OK, since there's NO WAY I can top the awesome humor posted earlier, I'll go for serious in four categories: geography, generation, masc/fem scale, and size:

Geography: I'm from the Midwest. All those hunky farm hands have cocks, not dicks. }> (Lest anyone doubt me, go stand by the urinals in a building at the State Fair...OMG!) :p

Generation: I learned about cock in grade/high school in the '60's. I didn't hear about dick until the '70's. :-(

Masc/Fem scale: cocks are always masc; dicks are, well, kinda all purpose but never specific.;-)

Size: cocks are for size guyz; dicks are, well, you get the idea. :*

P.S. Fifth category: persona.

"He's a cock." He's cuter than hell and knows it, he's a total tease with just a hint of arrogance, and OMG I want his body!. :9

"He's a dick." He's a jerk and a lowlife. x(

Hmmm- you can tell a lot of thought has gone in to these posts, but as I read i keep wondering out loud, "Is a cock by any other name, still a cock...or is it a dick?"

Sixth Category: Dessert (only in the U.K. one prays).

I mean, once you've scooped a wad of Spotted Dick into your mouth, how much more dick will you want?

I used to work with an older gentleman who once told me that in his youth "cock" was used to refer to female genitals. It was understood that "getting some cock" meant (in today's language) "getting some pussy." I don't recall now what he said about how/when that changed. Might be another interesting angle for researching the dick/cock controversy. :)

RE: A cool tool

Don't worry, sweetie. I used to think I liked cock but it's not all it's cracked up to be. I'd rather do a great job sucking dick than an adequate job gagging on a cock.
