A friend took me to see Del Shore's latest play YELLOW in West Hollywood last night. Many of you may have heard of Del from his funny SORDID LIVES and SOUTHERN BAPTIST SISSIES.

While there are some clever elements of humor, this piece is more serious and dramatic in tone. All of the actors were uniformly very good. the production values (sets, lighting etc) equal anything you will see on or off Broadway. After several extensions at the Coast Playhouse, the show must end December 5th.
