Freestyle Grappling?

In the midst of today's procrastination, I was channel surfing and stopped dead when I got to MSG (Madison Square Garden network, not monosodium glutamate :+). I believe it was a form of kickboxing called "freestyle grappling." Now, I don't like violence in any form (hence my screen name), but this was completely homoerotic! Two very hot-looking guys. One guy on the mat, his legs up and wrapped around the other guy's back. Guy on top with his crotch almost pounding the other guy's. Reverse angle shot actually looked like sex (with shorts on--a minor technicality). Guy on bottom flips him and sits on his crotch.

 

Anybody out there familiar with this....sport?
