Hi Boyz,

I am going on my first ever RSVP cruise to the Carribean in Feb....Any suggestions as to what to pack, what to expect,....do I plan on a continuous orgy, or do I plan on making my own fun as I go along.

ANY neat advise is appreciated.

Do I need leather, Tuxedo, or both....How easy is it to MEAT with guys on a RSVP event?

Thanks Buds....

I've been on a couple of RSVP cruises and they are among the best vacations I've ever had (and I've some great ones). They bring on their own entertainment often in addition to what the ship offers. And it's tailored just for us. Bring lots of clothes of all kinds. You'll change clothes a lot. Shorts in mornings, sun wear in mid morning, lunch, back to sun/swim wear, gay bingo (a real hoot--Carnival sent management on my last cruise just to try to figure out why RSVP's bingo was such a big hit.), Dinner and show. You'll often dress for dinner, but no always. You'll probably want a tux. There is a costume night, and some of the costumes are amazingly complex and large. You won't beleive they brought some of them with them.

Amazingly I never had sex on a RSVP cruise. There was plenty of it going on, I'm sure, but I managed to had a lot of fun without feeling like I had to search for it. They have pretty rigid rules about sex on deck or in public and one guy was thrown in the brig for fighting when security caught him with a guy on a upper deck.

You can always work something out with your roomie if you find someone and no one cares. The staff tends to love the RSVP cruises 'cause we're so much fun and bitch a lot less than the geriatric crowd they usually get. (There'll be some senior gays there, but they tend not to be crabby). Ages tend to be towards 30-40+,

The thing I always found to be my favorite thing is very subtle. Suddenly, we're are the majority. The breeders are the staff and we're the ones being pampered. Even the really hot stuck up guys tend to lose their attitude as soon as we're at sea--they feel relaxed in themselves for perhaps the first time and lose their fake stuck up personnas.

Sadly, when you're pulling back into home port, the attitude comes back. It's really odd.

Be serious !! You sound like the biggest nelly grandma I have ever met (read?). I have been on seven cruises (not gay),ranging from three to fourteen days and basically I have worn a jockstrap morning, noon and night. There is a LOT of freedom and carefree attitude on a cruise. Now there were the ladies who did the several costumes a day and if carrying bags full of clothes and changing is your thing -- great. I got by with shorts and a bathing suit and maybe two pairs of long pants and two shirts for the evening. They always did have a formal night. I was never formal and I always got to enjoy the night, without feeling ostracized.

What I think you should bring:

1. Two dildos

2. Condoms and lube (for pretend, if you don't get any)

3. Your leather goods

4. Money for the casino and to buy escorts at the ports

5. Porno films

6. Two pictures of the twins (now not twins any more) from Estacao to beat off to.

Just get there and enjoy it --- For Heaven's sake, don't worry about fucking clothes!!

You mean that someone was caught in a sex act and locked up?

I have found the Atlantis vacations/cruises more conducive to having sexual encounters than the RSVP vacations. I find more couple going on RSVP vacations, whereas Atlantis caters more to "swingers"...

He was caught having sex, but he was locked up because he got pissed off and started hitting the security guy. When security called for reinforcements, he grabbed the radio and threw it overboard. He was put in the brig and put ashore at the next port.

And as far as IamI2002's comments, that's exactly the kind of attitude that disappears once you're at sea on a RSVP Cruise. People don't act like that on their cruises.

As far as the clothing changes, yes you can do with less. But, you'll still want your shorts, your swim trunks, long pants (some areas of the ship are always over air conditioned) and some kind of dress up for formal nights.

True, no one forces you to dress up on these nights, but you may feel like a real hick if you don't make some effort. And remember, lots of these cruises are in pretty warm places. Most people I know prefer to change out of damp sweaty clothes every so often. Yes, a sweaty guy can be pretty hot, but stale sweat is just not very appetizing to most people.

If you like the club scene, you may want to dress for dancing under the stars at the portable dance club RSVP hauls along on their cruises.
